"Shawtcaked wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was born out of a personal necessity that turned into a deep-seated passion. A few years ago, my world changed when I discovered I was allergic to gluten. Suddenly, the desserts I loved were off-limits, and the 'inclusive' options I found lacked the flavor, texture, and artistry I craved. I realized that no one should have to choose between their health and a delicious slice of cake.

What started as a mission to bake the perfect gluten-free treat for myself quickly evolved into a vision for something bigger. I wanted to create a dessert studio where everyone feels seen and celebrated. Today, Shawtcaked is a testament to that journey—proving that artisanal, aesthetic, and premium desserts can be both safe for those with dietary needs and absolutely irresistible to everyone else."
